Terms of Service
Version 2026-01-tos-v1
These terms apply whenever you use A-I LOVE YOU.
1. Who we are
The service is operated under the name A-I LOVE YOU. You can reach us through our support page.
2. What the service does
A-I LOVE YOU is a digital service that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised text (messages, letters, plans, ideas and similar) based on information you provide. It is a creative writing aid. It is not legal, medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome in your relationship.
3. Ordering and confirmation
Before payment you are shown a full summary of your request, the exact deliverable and the exact price. A contract is formed only when you tick the confirmation boxes and complete payment. Your ticked boxes, their wording versions and their timestamps are stored with your order.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and include applicable taxes where indicated. Payment is handled by an external payment provider; we never receive your full card details.
5. Delivery and digital content
Generation starts immediately after payment because you expressly request it. Delivery is normally within a few minutes, on-screen and in your account.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to harass, stalk, threaten, deceive or manipulate anyone.
- Do not request content about minors in a romantic or sexual context.
- Do not submit other people's sensitive personal data without a lawful basis.
- You are responsible for how you use and send anything you receive.
7. Intellectual property
Once your order is paid you may use the generated content for personal purposes without restriction. The website, brand and software remain ours.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version recorded at the moment you confirmed it.
