Before generation starts

You can cancel at any point before payment at no cost. Nothing is charged until you confirm your summary and complete checkout.

After generation starts

Because this is personalised digital content generated on demand, you expressly ask us to start immediately after payment and you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may be lost once the content has been delivered. This is exactly the box you tick before paying.

When we do refund

• The generation failed and we could not deliver a result.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The result is clearly not the deliverable you paid for.

Not liking the tone

Every order includes free alternative versions so you can get a different angle without paying again. Try that first — it usually solves it.
